What I have done so far is charge the battery, replace the battery, check all fuses, although I'm not sure how to test or see if the grey square fuses inside engine bay are bad, based on the code, I took out the ECUsmelled it to see if I can tell if it is burned or something, looks good, I also looked are the harness going to it, looks clean and normal.
What else can I do troubleshoot these issues? I have tried to clear all codes and start the car and get nothing. I feel the issue is related to the three long beeps and brake light flashing, although the electronic brake is not engaged at all, I rarely use it.
Any help is appreciated! ECU is clearly off-line. Question is whether this is due to an internal issue with the ECU or perhaps something like missing power to one of the pins on the ECU that requires it.

It says that the scan tool could not communicate with said module because of some obstacle.
